I just wanted to give a shout-out to Haltech for their totally amazing customer service. Last week my Elite 1500 died for no obvious reason, I was programming my new IC7 dash when the fuel pump started running and wouldn't stop until I switched the power off.
After eliminating everything else it turned out being the ECU and as I had purchased it back in 2016 it was well out of warranty so was fully expecting to have to buy another ECU.
So I sent it back to Haltech in the off chance it might be repairable, they called a few days later to advise it wasn't able to be repaired and they were sending me out a replacement under warranty, and the next day a brand new Elite 1500 arrived!!
So hats off to Haltech - certainly helped turn around what has so far been a pretty crappy year! :)
