I'm lost and have no idea how to fix it.

Engine is a ZX14r Kawasaki in an off road buggy.

Haltech elite 750 and wideband sensor.

ITBs with a custom air box. Standard everything else except the crank angle sensor. The reluctor type that is fitted from factory was making it hard to start, so now it's a cherry Hall effect sensor with a custom machined 12 - 1 trigger wheel.

I'd previously tuned the engine and it was running perfectly, all fuel trims were within 3 -5%.

Raced at the weekend and noticed the throttle had a bit of a dead zone at initial press. Checked the TPS calibration and realised that the voltage never exceeded 3.74 which was default. Was also very difficult to start without a roll start. Changed the crank angle sensor and solved the starting and running problem.

Was running exactly according to the tune and targets. Wasn't getting a lambda readout but it was obviously running fine.

Did the TPS calibration and updated the firmware of the wideband. Engine immediately started reading 0.70 lambda no amount of pulling fuel brings it within range. It constantly fouls plugs and won't idle at all.

What have I done?

For some reason I can't upload the tune where it was running perfectly since the update.

How do I adjust this to make it not over fuel?

Please help

Most likely the TPS calibration isn't correct, the the ECU sees more throttle than you really have (like 100% instead of 1%). I would start looking there.

When you say "pulling fuel" isn't working, are you sure you are manipulating the correct cells.

I don't understand why you can't return to the last working version. -- perhaps you want to work on that issue with Haltech.

TPS is reading correctly after calibration.

After the update it wouldn't let me reload a map from the previous version.

Needed to import to the newest update version, so that is done now.

Turns out I'd run it low on fuel and it's picked up the crap at the bottom of the tank and fed it into the injectors. The filter gave me problems done time ago and I simply removed it to get me going again and forgot about it. I had 2 that were dribbling fuel constantly.

I'm hoping that sorts everything out.

Thanks for the help though
