Hello,
I'm running a LINK G4+ Xtreme. The car is a Porsche with an air cooled, twin plug, turbo motor. How would I let the ECU know it's a twin plug? I'm in the initial configuration stage. I have individual coil on plugs, so a total of 12.

Typically you would just wire both coils for a single cylinder to the same ignition output. That is assuming you are using smart coils. If you have inductive coils, you may need to have separate ignitors for each coil, and you wire the ignitors to the same ign output.
