can anyone point me in the right direction for the correct tuning software for a Vipec PNP Mitsubishi Evo 5 .I have tried most of the downloads from the Vipec site and Link G4

The most likely is it would be a V series ECU. VTS V4.10.2 software should work on any V series, you can get it here: https://www.vi-pec.com/software/vts-v4-10-2.1784
