im running motec m800 on vq37 all sensors ok just wanna know how to do the setup for REF/SYNC if possible

First, have you looked in the ECU Manager help? If you press F1 while on the Ref/Sync Mode field, you can choose help for "10+ OEM Modes". There you will find Mode 33 works for the VQ35 (I would assume the VQ37 is probably the same). There is an alternate as well mode 55 (Nissan VQ35 Alternate).
I would try those (crank the engine without plugs and see if you get "Synced". Also run a Ref/Sync Capture so you can learn about the ref and sync signals.
