Hi sorry for replying so late. We tried a 5psi spring to see what happens and it reached 10psi. Customer in now replacing exhaust manifold
Proper waste gate integration is something that is misunderstood even by many of the manifold fabricators. Definitely shop around to see what is available and try and get a nice smooth integration where the exhaust flow can easily exit through the gate.
