I currently have a honda B16, stock bore diameter (81mm)
Thinking about fitting 84mm darton sleeves.
How does bore diameter affect torque? vs a longer stroke like the B18?
In theory, it makes no difference how the capacity is increased, the torque will change in proportion.
However, there are many other factors that will affect this relationship, such as the affect on engine breathing as the valves are more exposed - actual VE, rod angles, ring drag, etc.
