Hello all,
I'm trying to measure my crankshaft journals & conrod bearing clearance. I have mics & bore gauge but I don't have a stretch gauge, conrod clamp, & vise. Are there any alternatives for the conrod clamp that could help?
I've been asking around to bum tools with repayment of dinner or lunch, but my network is limited.
Well, the other option is to use plastic gauge but I personally don't trust it much as a primary mean of measurement...
