I am building an engine with je forged pistons... I measured the side clearance from the rings and its less than .001 inch. Which is really tight i think (je in the instructions doesnt recommend to use so small clearance because damage will occur )... I measured also the width from the ring groove and find it smaller than it should be according to the order paper sheet je send with the pistons... I mailed je support and told me to use them as it is there will be no problem they are doing it for 25 year. The engine spec is a 4.0 watercooled porsche engine with g40 20-25 psi target... What would you do if you where in my shoes?
