Having an issue where the pedal will drop fast 10-20mm unless pedal is pressed twice. Brakes have been bled multiple times and pedal feels fine ones you step on it twice but i don't want the extra pedaling while on track. car is equip with Mk60E5 ABS, has been bled with the factory tool. It has been checked for leaks, pressure holds and is equal... i thought possible it has to do with the pushrod length? i have adjusted it as the calculator suggests but perhaps i am misunderstanding? states 7.95MM travel front vs 2.24MM rear.... does this mean i will need the push rod length to be approx 5.71MM longer on the front master cylinder to get ideal travel? I was worry it could also be free play in the master cylinders (clevis that master goes in is loose) and need to be just on the edge of being preloaded.

Setup:

FWD 60/40 split

Balance bar, 6:1 pedal ratio

13/16 master front

7/8 master rear

wilwood compact masters

Wilwood 1.62" four piston calipers (120-14706)

Girling 38mm single piston calipers

Hawk DTC60 Front

EBC Bluestuff rear
