Hi,
I am changing fuel from petrol to E85, does the wanted lambda value same as using petrol? For example,0.78-0.85 for turbo engine?

Lambda should be close to the same, but if you're using pump, rather than drum, E85 you may wish to use some form of 'flex fuel' sensor in the fuel line?
For the most part, it is the same, you can run the E85 a bit richer if you want, but it quite often comes down to the engine. Some prefer a richer mixture than others to make peak power.
