Hi all

I scrolled through a couple topics and couldn't find one discussing what wideband brands get the job done and which are just overpriced.

So here I go.

I've never used a wideband sensor before, just had an engine swap done and am now attempting to road tune the car on E85.

I've been told that to get the best possible results I need a wideband sensor to log the AFR's accurately, what are the hit and miss brands to go for?, I'm after a product that will just get the job done and is compatible with evoscan, any recommendations?

I've used the Innovate products with good success. They are not what I would call expensive. You could consider an LC2 which has no display but can be connected to a logger, or one of their permanent install gauges that also offer an analogue output to a logger. If you're tuning a lot of different cars then the LM2 is probably your best bet as it's portable and you can suction cup it to the windscreen.

If you want a gauge type the Innovate MTX-L is really good.
