I've never heard of this way of compressing the spring for ride height adjustment is it because there full race coil over. usually you just preload the spring 4mm and user the lower collar for. ride height has anybody done this way in the.video totally removing the spring to get ride height. preloaded the spring and use the lower for minor adjustments?
