Does anyone know the thickness of the OEM MLS head gasket for the 1JZ? I think it might be 1.2mm but not 100%... whereas the 2JZ GTE one is 1.3mm. But that's strange the 2 would be different thicknesses.
Also, what's the ideal quench when building a 1JZ GTE to have? More than .04" or less than .04"? What's the limit?
1.3 mm is the thickness os stock head gasket. Not sure about quench...
I'm reading from a few sources that the 1JZGTE specific head gasket is actually 1.2mm... which is why I want to confirm 100%
