I just got done tuning my lml with efi live and no I have no throttle in 4lo. Any help would be greatly appreciated

I can't say I've seen that one (recently, anyway). Have you verified that the operating system you flashed into the truck matches the cab configuration 4wd transfer case style of the truck?
Example: Did you flash a single wheel floor shift T-case file into an electronic T-case dually?

Also I was looking and for the lml I saw that you don’t actually make a dsp file for it like the older ones that you install a switch and it’s based off the the fuel temp2 sensor for the power levels? Is this correct?

That's correct about the DSP. You can use fuel temp or similar.
The best way to verify your O.S. is right is to check your segment data against GM TIS2web or start with a file that was confirmed out of a truck with your rear wheel config, and transfer case type.
What tables do I need to look at for the fuel temp?
