With an is300 2JZ GE with waste spark setup, can I wire the coils separately, like a 2JZ, and not run waste spark from the Link?

Hello, Kieran yes you certainly there are six ignition drives in the ECU. check the link help file in pc link and click on wiring information then plug under the contents find the Plugin installation manual for the pinouts
