I have an M84 Motec and the Plex dash i use will be about 4 metres from each other , the plex has about 2.5 metres of swisted wire to the plug , can i make a simple “ extension” lead ( twisted ) to give me the right length
I have read some where ( but can’t now find it ) that the CAN wire length is limited
my project is a 4 metre long land speed bike —- hayabusa powered
The short answer is yes. According to this page, a 1Mbit/sec can bus may be up to 25 meters long.
