Im new to using the MSEL Battery Isolator and looking to use one for a project. I understands how it works with a pdm/ecu using the output as a signal "kill". My question is what does that pdm output supply when it's on. Does it supply a 12V out when it's on and then ground when one of the kill switches is pressed? I ask this because I have a customer wanting to use a very basic switch panel and not a pdm. The switch panel requires a switched 12V to turn on and wanted to run this isolator with it if possible. Appreciate any help on this.

The PDM uses the "kill" signal to turn OFF power to the coils/injectors to stop the engine. You could use the "kill signal" as the power-side of the ignition relay trigger, or as the power-side of a switch going to the ignition relay trigger if you didn't have a PDM.

Perfect thank you David
