I have a 1953 Chevy Panel Delivery. The body is going on a 1985 Chevy S-10 frame. I want to use a PDM with a ECU and I want to add newer technology (Steering Column w/steering wheel controls, column/dash shift for auto trans, ABS system, power windows & seats) from around a 2018/19 Chevy or Dodge pickup or SUV.
My question: Is it possible to integrate at least all of the functions of a newer steering wheel w/column, or all of what I mentioned above by using a PDM? I'm thinking that I might need to get the vehicles body control module?
