What do you do for engines that have knock sensors in a very labour intensive location? Like completely underneath the intake manifold system like in most 6v toyota engines?.. Where and how else can you temporary setup for such situations?

I use a suitable position in the block or if this is hard I often use the head for audio use
on the dyno
