I use CMD Flash, Kess v3, Autotuner and bFlash for reading the ECU.
For the tuning I use WinOls. Have tested 3D from CMD and ecm TITANIUM. But WinOls is the program to use for making changes to file. You have to find and make your own maps. WinOls give you a lot of suggestions on maps, but some of them are not mapped and some you have to find in the hexdump using 2D view.
