Could you compare harmonic balance performance on an engine that uses balance shafts... say H22/4G63 and the newer style which house them in oil pumps.. say Honda K24 and Mazda MZR with and without the factory balance shafts.
Hello im not sure what you are wanting to know here but i will take a shot, older type 4g63 internal balance shafts are not accurate they are really just there for factory rpm and factory Oem conditions, the engines these engines gain reliability and HP by removing them and internally balancing the crank and rotating assembly newer balance shafts like the k24 etc have come a long way in development but still need to be internally balanced for high rpm applications
