My Names's Tim and I've been fascinated by all things automotive for as long as I can remember (I do lead a pretty sad life I know...)
I joined this forum to try to learn the "magic" that is EFI tuning. I've been a diagnostic tech for various manufacturer's for the last 7 years of my life while helping out nights/weekends at my friends tuning shop, but once he sold it I had nowhere to go! So I recently took a plunge and opened my own workshop in a small country town called Warwick in south east Queensland and have been loving every minute of it! I hope to be able to learn as much as I can about tuning from you guys and con hopefully put something back into the forum as well.

Welcome to HPA. Being from a diagnostic background did you find it an easy transition into the world of tuning?

Actually I found that it the other way around. Learning what I could in the tuning shop about ECU functions I looked at diagnostics more from the "inside out".
