Hey all,
My name is Tim Van Der Laan and I’m from Melbourne in Victoria, Australia.
I have currently got two cars. A 2008 Ford Falcon ute and 1964 Valiant AP5. The Falcon is the daily run about and is completely stock which is how I will leave it with exception to a good stereo down the track. And the Valiant is far from stock. Slant Six, Holley Sniper EFI, turbo, Davies Craig electric water pump and a built push-button Torqueflite automatic among many other things.
I am a Mobile Plant Heavy Diesel Mechanic by trade. I did my training on Volvo machinery but have worked on everything from 4WDs to a 50 foot Riviera pleasure cruiser with twin Volvo Penta D12 diesels.
I discovered HPA from my increasing interest in wiring and and EFI tuning. I initially purchased the Wiring Fundamentals course but shortly after ended up buying the VIP membership and it’s been incredibly helpful at every stage.
I’m can’t wait to start leaning even more from the courses and all the fantastically knowledgeable and insightful people on this forum.
