Hi my name is Steve Nock I am a tradesman Coachbuilder since 1983, currently I work as a panel beater at a collision repair shop in West Auckland I also paint and fabricate so body side covered, I have also built a few motors over the years . I want these courses to broaden my knowledge as I realise a timing light, dwell meter ,vacuum gauge wont cut it ,a lap top is more appropriate which brings me to my current car which is a 1992 JZS147 Aristo 2jzGTE a340e ect which I am panel and painting it right now , next step is mechanical and an appropriate aftermarket ECU , have heard a few horror stories about tuning and would rather do it myself as Andre said its not a god given right . As I have no intention on converting my car to manual I wonder is there or will there be a tutorial on auto tuning.

Hi Steve welcome to HP Academy hopefully we will see a Auto trans - tuning module soon but the manual engine tuning is the same as auto just the transmission tuning will be handy for those that can be tuned,
