2018 Ram after tuning when we were driving around if you do a WOT pull then let off it feels like it its delayed to actually let off the throttle. The tune does have better throttle response then OEM for sure. but I'm not sure if this is causing this issue or not. Any help is appreciated

Your injectors are likely the culprit. Pull them out and have them tested or replaced.
