I have a tune in my 08 LMM with Allison that is locked. I have downloaded it with efilive but I just can't see what's been done. I would like to keep it for one of my dsp5 tunes. Is this possible?

Unfortunately that's not an option with the way Efilive has formatting their file lock. You'll have to start with an unlocked file.
