First, you need to understand exactly what conditions causes each table to be used. For example, there may be two tables depending on a Cam position. Or two different tables depending on a switchable intake runner. Once you understand when the tables are used, you can tune them each in the appropriate condition. For a factory ECU, you may not need to change them at all unless you've changed something mechanically that would cause the engine to flow more air (intake, cam, or exhaust).
