There's a couple of options. You can change the DI/PI table to have the engine run on the port injectors entirely, although you do need to be careful as the DI injectors are actually cooled by fuel passing through them and hence you don't want to run high load for very long on 100% PI. The other option is to be less fussy with your scaling of the port injectors since you won't be idling on them and at higher load/higher pulse widths, the dead time has much less effect on the overall fuelling than it does at idle.
