Is there any log software which could be universal ? I mean that we can use it on any car that we are going to road tune progress ?

Google MegaLogViewer HD. It will read the exported data from lots of different ECUs. Typically, MLVHD is looking for a CSV or TXT file that your existing software exports. There is a free (unregistered) version that you can use to see if your data will load.
