I'm going to need a little more information to be able to help you. This is simply a logical process of dealing with the required reflashing workflow.

Have you watched these modules in the course? It's explained in detail there. If the MAF has been altered or moved, or the intake isn't stock then the MAF scaling will be inaccurate. Likewise if you swap to larger injectors you need to deal with this in the calibration.
