Hi there,
I'm currently remapping a 2012 VW GTI and can't get the boost pressure to increase no matter how much I raise the requested % air on the turbo pressure maps and raise the limiters for the boost pressure.
I understand 0.8bar is stock and that these turbo's can go up to 1.2bar without any issues.
Anyone got experience with TFSI remaps?
*All mechanical aspects/boost leaks have been checked.

Are you getting torque reduction/throttle closures limiting the boost?
Torque is capped at 400nm and boost has been set to 1.2 bar. The map holding the boost back was comp ratio.
I was able to make 260 PS from 217 PS with just a remap and air filter upgrade however I think the stock air box produces more power. Some claim to get 270PS on a remap but I'm happy with my results .
