Anyone have a link to the Toyota factory wiring diagram for this engine to start building an engine harness?
what chassis? 1JZ-GTE VVTi was in multiple generations of Crowns and JZX's
Really though you don't need much engine specific info if you're scratch building a harness. Throttle body and IACV aside, the rest are 2 pin connectors with no polarity (except cam and ground and Zach has a great demo with a screw driver to find polarity in course video). Anything not factory won't be on the diagrams anyway, assuming an aftermarket ECU, wideband O2, knock sensors, maybe oil and fuel pressure sensors should all be supplied with pinouts.
