Can anyone help me on this? I am at a lost.
This happened when i was opening the file in my home yesterday night and i thought should be a file problem, so i went to my car and tried connecting to the ecu and this happened again.

should be just close that box and go online to the ECU
if not download the latest pc link for that model of link ECU and update the firmware to the latest from that software
then reconnect
if you still have an issue message the tech@linkecu.com and let their tech guys to take a look
