I am trying to mock up an ETB setup and how it will work FOR MY M130 in M1Tune. Throttle Servo Bank 1 Motor Output Resource does not have any selections besides "not in use", there is still 2 bridges available that don't come up in the drop down box, any ideas? I am looking for my available h-bridge resource.

You will need a full bridge (ie, two half bridges 1/2, 3/4 or 5/6) for the servo control. What are you using your other half-bridge outputs for? You should reconfigure those so that two matching half bridges are available for a full-bridge, then you can select that.
As David said, should look like the attached if you a pair of half bridges unused in a full bridge pair.

In my case Full Bridge 3 is missing from the selection because I am using half bridge 5 for a driver switch.
