If you are using the traditional fuel equation you dont need to input injector size, you just adjust the master fuel to give a reasonable range of numbers in the main fuel table. A master of around 12ms would be a starting point. If you are using our base map then once you have it started then just adjust your master up or down until AFR is somewhere close at idle and you will be fine to tune from there.
If you are using modelled mode the the injector flow rate is entered in the menu Fuel>Fuel setup>Injector setup.
