Was the mention of methanol focused on its use as a primary fuel or spayed to cool the intake charge? I would assume as the primary fuel, but have learned that assumptions can get me in trouble.
It is for the use of methanol as a primary fuel. The beauty of using methanol mix in your fuel or pure methanol is the latent heat of evaporation of the fuel itself which cools the charge temperatures even in the short space of time from injectors to chamber
