Hi Folks
I am trying to understand why we need N AND Alpha? Would a N derived ignition angle not also yield the same running quality?
Please advise.
Thanks in advance,
D
Sure if you're a steady load, but 'N' is just RPM and has no bearing on load.
But TPS angle representing the load axis. How would a 2D ignition curve, ign angle to rpm, affect the running of the engine?
Maybe I'm confused or theres a language barrier, TPS is represented by Alpha, RPM as N. In one post you're asking about running half of the equation (just N, meaning fixed ignition or a locked out distributor) and now you're speaking about TPS representing load again (Alpha).
