Now I'm working on M44 engine with IAT Sensor OE Number: 13621739510
But I can't find any technical information on this sensor.
Both ohm or voltage is fine.
I don't have specific data on that sensor sorry. If you can't find the actual calibration you may be best to swap the sensor out for one with a known calibration. Alternatively you'll find that a lot of the sensors you'll come across share a similar calibration. The typical Bosch NTC sensor will show a resistance of about 2500 ohms at 20 deg C. If you have another way of confirming the actual air temperature (through a standalone sensor) you could confirm this.
