What Are the strap bars called and where Are They baught?? Looks like they do an awesome job;)

thee call them traction bar thee usually come with the dyno .i'm sure you can make your own from solid iron bars.
Mainline call this the 'Whale Tail' and it comes with the dyno. It's really just a convenient way of accessing the straps without needing to be underneath the dyno. The real key is the mechanism the straps go through between the two rollers. This allows the car to be pulled down into the rollers rather than backwards (which is a typical mistake those new to roller dynos make).
Is there any way you can post a picture of this for people trying to make their own to have a reference point?
