Hey guys my twin turbo 308 running motec m84 has been sitting around in my garage for about three years with e85 in it, not smart. I have change fuel pumps,filters,fuel lines and cleaned injectors. I want to use 98 fuel but I no the tune I have is just a base tune on e85 I didn't get it dyno. I want to see if it still runs,could I take some fuel out or would it start on 98.
It will probably be something like 20-30% rich. If you pulled that out on master trim or multiplied the whole fuel map it would probably start and run but you probably wouldn't want to load it heavily. Would be worth checking the ignition timing was "safe" and any boost control wound down/overboost cutout pulled down low to avoid any mishaps.
