Hi Guys
I need some guidance please.
We have recently completed the base tuning on my R33 GTR that's now fitted with the EcuMaster BLACK. I would however like to have it setup with boost per gear, and this is where my issue comes in. I am unable for some reason to get the BLACK to read the speed from the original speed sensor in the gearbox. Can anyone please give me help to get this sorted?
What do you know about the speed sensor? Hall Effect? Variable Reluctance? Perhaps you need a pullup resistor on the input (or enabled in the software)? What happens when you put a scope on the signal (or does the ECUMaster sofware have a scope or input capture function?). Can you fit another sensor to the driveline somewhere?
