Hi - trying to get setup can stream within ecumaster to receive values from FTSPARK using CAN protocol 2b
There is a manual from fuel tech but it is hard to understand what they are talking about - I thought I know something about CAN,never had issues to set it up - but this gives me a headache
anyone who can help me out?

FTCAN protocol packs multiple data values into a single CAN packet, and if a value doesn't fit in the remaining space splits it across multiple packets. It's a massive PITA, I spent some considerable time trying to decode it on a Hardwire PDM and gave up. I doubt there's many CAN implementations out there flexible enough to decode it reliably unless they specifically support it.
FWIW FT also have a simple broadcast packet format that's a fixed single packet format and easy to decode, but it only contains like 15 pre-defined basic values (RPM, ECT etc).

Emupro seems to support can2b protocol but it is still absolutely not straight forward to implement
And also for me hard to understand
