Does injector latency change If fuel pressure is being changed?
Yes, the more pressure acting against the pintle, the more force (or longer) it will take to open the valve. So expect injector latency to increase with differential fuel pressure, and decrease as the battery voltage increases (since more voltage is more force from the coil).
