In T5 suite I have a batt_korr_tab! table that shows from 5 volts to 15 volts with a given cell for example 14 volts @ 0.97 (for stock injectors)
I have my new injectors here with my fuel pressure and it states 8 to 16 volts with a given cell for example 14 volts @ 0.973
Do I simply fill this table out with the latency @ given volts for my injectors?

Yes, you are on the right track, however make sure the units are the same (milliseconds?). Its possible that the ECU uses a ratio (ie. percentage) instead of time, so .97 could be 97% of the time at a nominal 12V. You may be able to edit the axis of the batt_corr_tab! table, or you might just need to extrapolate into the areas you don't have data for.
Hopefully, you also have a place to provide the flow-rate of the injectors if they are different than what you are replacing.

Yes I believe T5 Suite expects the cells to be in milliseconds judging by the data in them.
Yes I have also done the conversion math for the same fuel pressure but the larger cc of flow and changed injector constant from 18 (green giants) to 13 (720s) which is slightly richer. I then did a conversion math for multiplying every cell in my fuel maps by 0.8009 to bring everything down to what I had tuned for up to a certain boost. This was as the injector constant was richer and I brought it all down I now have head room over the far right to increase fueling.
