i have wired two knock sensors (bosch 0261 231 006 ) into a Motec M130. it is for a V8 engine where i used one knock sensor for each bank.
i have wired both sensors with shielded wires, one end to the signal pin and the other to 0V reference pin ( Also connected one end of the wire shield to the same 0V reference pin).
now the issue im facing is the knock sensors are only reading 2.5V without changing at all.
Could the way i wired the shield drain be the reason for this?
