Can a motec aux table in m800 be used to control a meth/water injection system? For example when the button is pushed it increase igntion timing?

Yes,
You can use a Aux function, such as Spray Bars to control the injection system, and then use the Comp 1 under the Ignition Compensations and base it on the output of the Aux Output that you use to compensate the timing.
