Hello guys i recently bought a motec c125 screen. I never tuned one before so i want to ask, is the screen connected to the screen and if it is connected should i only set the display or i have to configure some sensors to the screen? And how can i connect the screen to the ecu

Motec has loads of information online including manuals, technical information and webinars. You should really start there.
Everything needs to be configured through your PC using the dash manager software.

Refer to pages 72 and 73 of the manual for information on how to wire up the CAN-bus to your ecu.
