need injectors with good data and roughly 300CC/min

I’m in the process of converting my 911 to ITBs. I purchased a set of rebuilt Bosch 0280 155 831 injectors based on the recommendation of another Porsche enthusiast who recently made the same switch. Unfortunately, the set I bought has issues. One injector is leaking due to a small plastic "tag" left during the rebuilding process, which prevented the rubber from sealing—although this is fixable. Another injector is missing its retaining ring because it wasn’t installed properly. Given these problems, I have no confidence in the quality of this work and would prefer to invest in new or rebuilt injectors from a reputable source.

While replacing the injectors, I’d like to find ones that come with a comprehensive data set of dead times. I’m honestly surprised at how challenging it is to access this information—maybe I’m just not searching effectively.

What ECU are you using?

Injector dead times depend on the injector driver in the ECU, so the best data has been tested using the same ECU drivers.

You will find comprehensive data for the Fuel Injector Clinic injectors (yes they are larger than your request, but that just allows you to play with fuel timing):

Injector dynamics is another option (1000cc is their smallest injector, but work great in my 200hp 4-cylinder and every Porsche 911 I've installed them in). Injector individually serial numbered, tested, & batched together. If you need a replacement you can tell them the serial number and they can supply one that will match your others. There are lots of smaller Bosch Injectors that may fit your application. I've been happy with one's I have ordered from FiveO Motorsport, and I think they came with some deadtime data (would could certainly contact them and ask):

Thank you. I didn't realize dead times were affected by the ECU. I'm using a Haltech R3.
