Having an issue where my data log is reading -9999999 at full open throttle and im not reaching the desired boost pressure. Do have a mechanical issue where the moteiv reflex port injection plate is not turning the injectors on all the time, it's intermittent. I'm thinking it's a wiring issue, any other suggetions?

Intermittent faults are almost always electrical. Check all the connections are sound is a starting point - preferably disconnecting and checking no pins/sockets have been pushed back in the connector - it's rare but can be a complete PITA identifying it.
As for the data log, can't help, but for those that can, the more information they have the greater the likelyhood they can help - things like the vehicle, the software/hardware you're using, mod's, etc.
